Insurance: |

Insurance
requirements for each exhibitor are as follows:
- "Certificate"
of Insurance" with limits of liability of $1,000,000 per
occurrence MUST be on file with Big Iron Office prior to setup
by exhibitor.
- Certificate
must name Big Iron Farm Show and Red River Valley Fair as certificate
holder. (See contract paragraph 7 for more detail)
- Coverage
can be purchased through the Big Iron Office and their insurance
carrier for show dates at a cost of $85.00.

- Deposit
due at time of request for space.
Balance of fee due by June 1st of show year.
- No
exhibitor will be allowed to set up until all fees have been
paid and all necessary forms have been filed with the Big Iron
Office.
