When representatives from the North Dakota Trade Commission were on an international trade mission a few years ago, an idea was sparked—Big Iron seemed like a perfect place to pair up international farmers and agribusiness leaders.

The flame was fanned and in 2007, the International Visitors Program was launched. In its inaugural year, the program brought 40 intercontinental guests to Big Iron.

The Big Iron International Visitors Program offers free benefits and accommodations exclusive to foreign guests.
